Payne Transportation Inc. acquires Kooistra Trucking Ltd.

Winnipeg, MB - Payne Transportation Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Kooistra Trucking Ltd of Winnipeg, MB, formerly of Swan River, MB.   This acquisition includes rolling stock and 100% of the ownership shares.

Kooistra Trucking Ltd is a full load, general freight dry van common carrier operating throughout Canada and the continental US and has revenue of approximately $4 million per year.   We welcome the staff and owner operators of Kooistra Trucking Ltd. into our fold.   Kooistra Trucking Ltd will continue to operate under their own name.   The employees of Payne Transportation Inc. are extremely excited at the opportunity to work with all the Kooistra employees and its owner operators.
