Tom Payne Jr. Appointed President and General Manager.

Today, Murray Mullen of Mullen Group Inc. announced that Tom Payne Jr.
is the new President and General Manager of Payne Transportation LP.
Tom Jr. will take over the company he helped build with his father, Tom
Sr., who announced his retirement last month.

Tom has been with Payne Transportation since it first started, coming
over from Tri Line with his father. Tom has been the Vice-President and
General Manager since inception and has been managing most of the
day-to-day operations for the past few years.
