Pauline and Jason, Payne's New Vice Presidents.

It gives me great pleasure to announce the following appointments:

Ms. Pauline Wiebe Peters to the position of Vice President - Finance &
Administration. Pauline has been the company's Controller since
inception and is very deserving of this position. Pauline has
demonstrated strong leadership qualities and is considered by all of us
in or surrounding this company, as one of the leaders of our team.

Mr. Jason McNicholl to the position of Vice President - Operations &
Logistics. Jason joined Payne Transportation in 2001 and has evolved
into the true leader of operations. He is very deserving of this
position. His knowledge of industry rate levels and logistics is second
to none. Leaders throughout the Mullen-Group, recognize what Jason
brings to our team.

Pauline & Jason have been the epitome of hard work and diligence and
have been instrumental in the growth of our company. I welcome them both
to senior management. Together, with rest of our great team, we will
continue to strengthen our position as "Best in Class".
