Payne Transportation LP utilizes the AS/400 dispatch system. The AS/400 is the trucking industry’s most widely used dispatch system. It allows us to perform nearly all of our required functions in one computer system. We can dispatch, invoice, and pay our drivers through this one system. By linking in our Qualcomm satellite capabilities along with Web’NTransit, we can offer our customers quick and easy access to track their loads. Our drivers can also utilize Web’NTransit to access copies of previous pay settlement recaps.

By partnering with Mullen Transportation of Aldersyde, Alberta, we can offer our customers continuous service. We have off-site computer backup systems and firewall systems in place to protect us from virtually any interruption. Our dispatchers can even access our computer system anywhere and anytime they have access to the internet. This allows us to provide 24/7 service to our customers.
